To submit an application for a below market rate home:

A forty dollar ($40.00) application fee must be submitted with your screening eligibility application worksheet. The $40.00 must be made payable to First Home, Inc. and can be mailed with your completed application worksheet. You may also fax in the application worksheet and pay the forty dollar ($40.00) fee online by using PayPal. To pay by PayPal please click here and follow the directions in step number two.

Complete the Homebuyer Counseling Worksheet. The Worksheet can be downloaded here (Step One). When filling out the application worksheet make certain to provide us the name of the project you are interested in applying for in the general information section.

Fax or mail application worksheet to First Home, Inc along with $40 for processing and credit check. $40 can be sent via mail in the form of a check made payable to First Home, or can be paid on-line using PayPal by clicking here and follow the directions in step number two.
